mother ******* headlights.. .

91 firebird

So I have good motors... I pulled apart my module and it seems to be in perfect order... my headlights worked perfectly then suddenly one day nothing...

What could be the dang problem?

Obviously my module could be bad still while looking healthy (how can i test it?)

Other then the module what could have gone out? Is there a relay or fuse or something somewhere?

The module acts as the relays

The firebird light switches go bad too, I've been through two already

You are fortunate, those modules are very easy to come by. You can get a module from a 1990 thru 2002 model year Firebird. Pity the owners of 1987-89 model year Firebird. Those modules are a LOT harder to find.

Is there any fuse that is a part of the headlight motor/module system?

Yes, there's a few fuses to the left of the radio pod near the chime
