Ugh - CS130, CS130D or CS144?

I plan on buying a 140 amp alternator as well as a pulley kit that comes with brackets (most likely a March one). Does it matter which alternator case I get as long as the wiring is correct? The pulley kit I want says it comes with an alternator fan, which I think is just for the CS130, correct? Of course, I can get one of the others and just not use it if that's better.

Any advantages/disadvantages to any of these styles?
