Very odd hackjob on the relays??? wtf?? 90TPI

Very odd hackjob on the relays??? wtf?? 90TPI
So i was just taking a look at my Fuel pump relay(pretty sure its the far left one for a 90 TPI, and noticed this weirdly placed glob of electical tape, so i pull it off and this is what i find. The pink/blk wires from the other 2 relays has been choped at the relay and just wound up together??? what possible reason could this be for ? and what are the other 2 relays?

I know 1 is for cooling fans. As for why I'm not able to recall exact layout, but maybe they were trying to jump fans on all the time or just trying to rig it past a bad relay.

did some more research , looks like theyre just the ac and fan relays, and i have no ac anymore and fans running on their own switch so im not to worried!! haha thanks
