where can I buy this pigtail?
Hi, my car is a 1986 Firebird (carb'd). I'm trying to find a place to buy the connector for the temperature sender wire (the one that plugs into the driver's side). Its a green wire. I've looked everywhere online (I think) and the only thing I have found that was close was this: http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/in...t1tbi-1-1.aspx
it says it's for 89-92 tbi/tpi, but it looks the EXACT same as the one I need. Is there really a difference? and if so does anyone know where else I could get this wire? There are no 3rd gens at the junkyard.
And also do you guys know if I can use this alternator connector to work for my car? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Delco...Q5fAccessories
Thanks for your time.

Re: where can I buy this pigtail?
That would be the right thing ... but - That's just a 1/4" female push-on connector - just crimp one on the end of your wire! Available at any local hardware store, Walmart, auto store, etc. That $9 gadget from Hawks just has this inside:

For $9 at Walmart you get 250 of those various crimp-ons in a case with a crimptool!
