92 RS changing window defogger switch ??
Does anyone know how to replace the rear window defogger switch on a 92 RS? I bought a new one, because my turns off after about 30 seconds. I must turn that on 50 times just going to work. All wires are intact on the rear hatch, it actually works very well, just stays on for 30 seconds each time.

It might not be the switch itself, mine does the same thing even after replacement. There is a breaker in the fuse block labeled "ACC POWER" that might be opening prematurely and causing the defogger to shut off. It's one of the two squarish silver cans in the block, the other is for the power windows IIRC.

No problem, that's a 35 amp breaker BTW. Let me know how it works since I haven't replaced mine yet, just been living with the inconvenience.
