First one looks similar to the back plug of a AC compressor. Second no idea, Wiper motor?

It could also be to the high pressure sensor on the high side ac line before the evaporator and after the condenser.

What color is the wire running into the single wire connector? Wipe the carbon and junk off of it. If it's tan and black, it will be the ESC connector. If not, it's still a mystery. However, that wire is SUPPOSED to be on the other side of the engine (in the conduit with the ignition coil wires).
The second one is the fan switch for the A/C system you are missing (pressure switch for the fan relay). If not connected to anything or if you don't cut it off and twist the wires together (if not keeping A/C), the radiator fan WILL run every second the ignition is in the RUN position. Been there as well.

i found the ECS connector on the passenger side of the engine, really that single wire plug looks really dirty inside so im starting to think it didnt go to anything, and ill try and find where that other plug goes too, dan where does it connect too? im not seeing any open spots to where it could connect too.

That's because the PO of your car decided to half-a$$ an A/C delete and you have no A/C lines, accumulator, condenser, or evaporator. The switch would be screwed into a fitting on the high line running to the accumulator (I think), which you obviously don't have.

The fitting to the switch should be on the pipe running along the frame rail towards the heater/A/C case on the firewall. It'll be down near where the rubber hose from the charcoal canister connects to the metal line running from the fuel tank.
