Ok i just would like to know what would be better a full msd ignition with the 6al box or the digital e-curve i have a bbc i just would like to have everyones reviews on the digital e-curve and i would like to know if anyone has this and what are the + and - about the e-curve...

On a stockish engine, either one is more than you need. The main advantage of the E curve is that you don't need to mess with springs and weights to change the advance curve. What you dial in is exactly what you get.
