Fubar wiring?

Fubar wiring?
I'm having difficulties with my headlamp harness. I've gotten both turn signals too work and both high beams. The lights on the side (side markers?) and low beams do not work. When I go inside the car and turn the left turn signal on, I get a solid green arrow on the dash. When I switch it to the up (right turn signal) position, no arrow comes up on the dash but it makes the clicking noise and the lights flash (just a dead dash light?).
I've noticed when I turn the left signal on not only does the arrow stay solid, but the high beam indicator turns on. I believe this indicator also turns on when I have the low beams on (even though they arent working, if you get what I'm trying to say).
What should I try to do? What could be the issue

Re: Fubar wiring?
have you checked all the bulbs ? with the lt. turn signal sounds like the rear lt. turn bulb is bad . that will cause the indicater not to flash . with the side marker lites check for dirty connectors and bad bulbs [ #194 ] . tackle one problem at a time . you can fix it . most likely you just have dirty/corroded connectors unless wires have been hacked . LOL .
