sunpro tach
im in stalling a sunpro tachII on my 88 camaro 305 tpi 5 speed what i need to know is whar to hook the green wire hooks up to thar it sposed to go to the dis if some 1 has pics of thar install would like to see

if you look at the distributor cap there are 2 clips on the drivers side and one of them says "tach" (should be the one oon the left) and should be a yellow(ish) wire. You should be able to take it from there...

the non computer controlled GM HEI has a tach output, and IIRC the coil in cap HEI does as well. If not, you should be able to splice into the white wire on your external coil.
