Car: 91 formula
Engine: 350 tpi
Transmission: auto
Axle/Gears: poss
2nd key w/cylinder behind kick panel.

so i went to the junk yard ,and started taking the wiring harness out, and when i removed the driver side kick panel there was a another ignition key with it's own key switch. and its factory wired into the harness .the original ign. switch in the collum is beat out .i don't know if this is normal or not? i dont know the year it is all i know is it was an rs.350 rs. any help?

well rs cars never had 350's unless its a b4c package. and i've never heard of an ignition behind the kick pannel. but it could be a seconday switch to prevent theft. snap some pics if ya get a chance

Sounds like a home-made VATS bypass. My 89 had a second ignition switch under the dash, with a VATS key in it, and a standard key in the column.

yea its got a vats key in it. it is a 350 ,asked the junk man to back it up.i'll try to snap pic later.
