Power ACC Relay

Car: 92 Camaro RS 25th Anniversary
Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: 5 speed
Power ACC Relay
Where does the power acc relay get its power from? I know it comes from the fuse block but what main wire powers the fuse block. Cause shouldnt the voltage to the power acc 30 amp relay be off whent he key is in the off position and in my hand. For some reason I have power to the Power ACC relay with the key in the off position is this normal or am I just having a Brain Fart. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of thhe relays I'm familiar with have power to them all the time. Turning the key on closes the contacts in the relay and lets power through to the power accessories.

Well when I check the Orange power acc wire to my rear def with the key off it shows 12v if i plug the rear def switch in the volts guage and the tach power up and the rear def switch will turn on and off with out the key in. My brain hurts right now. lol
