Where's the flip up headlight relay?
I am having a hard time tracing the green and gray wires from the flip up motor to its relay... Does anyone know exactly where it is? A pic or a part # would really help!!! Thanks!

What he said, but its about 3.5" square and a half inch thick. Not a little one inch cube like normal relays.

Thanks guys, i found it! But Is the module the big black box unit"with the two plugs in it" that probablly needs to be replaced? I pulled one of the plug adapters out with the 2 green and 2 gray wires and nothing looks out of the ordinary...

Check the voltage to the relay module. Seems to be a coomon issue, could be a broken wire somewhere.
You can find all the diugrams you need in the 3rd-gen wiring diagrams section on ATGO.
Hope this helps.

It sounds like you and i have a similar problem. I checked the voltage on mine and found a connector that was bad and had to jerry-rig a connector. The connector was about 2.5-3 feet down the wire from the headlamp assembly. You have to take the whole assembly aprt to get to it, but i hear that is the most common part that goes bad on them. You might want to give it a look.
Hope this helped
