some reason my 92 camaro (Just bought it) has the infl rest light on and it stays on but some times it will go out just for a few min...what does that light mean??i just want the dam thing to shut off so i dont see it on every time i drive...Thanks!

you have some problems with the air bag, if your in a wreck the air bag won't deploy.

there is a way you can pull the codes for the air bag system, a search my turn it up.

most likely air bag wiring has a frail or short inside the steering wheel or collumn has the car even been / attemped to be stolen where the collumn has been damaged? but if u service the air bag make sure u disable the battery for about 30 mins to avoid accidntal deployment also check the impact sensor for a loose connection it is exposed to the weather in all it may have some corrosion but most likely u have a bad wire

Thank You very much!I just needed to kno the wheel is kinda off set (doesnt line up whe the wheel is straight) but the cars never been into a crash might be a new steering wheel?Idk...i was just hoping its not a really bad thing cuz in a week or so i was just going to change out the steering wheel to a aftermarket one liek the GT ones or ect but anyways....thank you!

i think it might be a wire problem but im going to change it out to the different steering wheel soon but get the stuff turned off before i do it all but i think some one tryed to break into it before but then the consel was fixed....but im not positive if it was messed with...
