It isn't the motor that you would have to replace, it is the circuit board inside the motor case.

I have installed delay wipers in every car I own (from 84 up to a 98, so I cannot vouch for any years newer).

It takes 3 defined items:
1: Delay wiper switch in column, in thirdgens you will have to run wires down the column to install, newer cars the wiring plugs into the switch at the top making it a plug and play affair with no wire routing.
2. Delay wiper stalk
3. Wiper motor cover that has a circuit board in it. I walked around a few junk yards until I saw a car with delay wipers and an uncracked plastic cover. Undo the torx screws on the top of the wiper motor and grab the black plastic cover.

Install the cover on your car and install the proper stalk and you are set to go.
