center consol light ?
This is the only light in my car that doesnt work. When I got the car it was like this and every 82-84 firebird center consol Ive seen like mine at the yard is missing the light also.
So I was wondering if anyone had the schematics on this light,A pic of the fixture or what ever else Im missing that I dont know about that has to do with the light, and where I can get the light fixture. Thanks in advance

You're missing the switch/light socket assembly. The '85-up cars used the same switch so you're not limited to just '82-84.
I'll try to get a pic from my 84 T/A when its not dark and snowing
The switch was really cheaply made and with a little wear the light would stay on. Thats why you see so many cars with the switch removed. I was able to take mine apart and bend the contacts a little so the light would turn off with the console lid closed.
