Hurst shifter installed what about wires?
I put a console dual-gate shifter in my Z-28. I rigged the back up wires to seperate switch, as well as the neutral safety switch, what I'm wondering is what the other two wire that are left go to? Overdrive? Torque convertor lock-up? When should that be switched on? Any forward gears or only O/D?
Thanks
Thanks

Why did you have to rig anything up at all? The factory park/neutral/reverse switch bolts right up to the dual gate.

Because fourteen years prior to this I had a B&M Megashifter that recently broke off in my hand and it had no such provisions for the stock switch.

Ok, that makes sense.
The heavy purple and yellow wires are for the starter and hatch release safety switch. The black/white and orange/black wires are for the ECM P/N switch. The light green and dark blue wires are for the reverse lights.
