Testing a Digital Dash

Well today I got very lucky and picked up a digital dash... for cheap...
Anyways I wanted to know how to test it, since my car is basically not going to get the dash. I just want to see if the lights power up and everything. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

Thanks
