Autometer oil sender?

I was looking through some old posts the other day and one of them said that the autometer oil pressure sending unit will not work with our cars. Is this true?

I think depends on what type of sender unit you have. I had the filter block mounted one and the autometer sender went on fine. I used the adapter included with my gauge.
