Rocky Mountain Radar

ok fellas, i really gotta have some advice here, I kno that the phantom and the phazer from RMR isnt worth a crap. What i want to kno is the RMR-C430 worth 150-200 bucks. I am very interested in gettin a detector/jammer that also detects the laser/radar. I am interested in this model but am not sure if its worth it. So any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Kyle

I'm not sure about those specific models, but if those are passive jammers built into them, they aren't worth crap. The only ones that work are the active jammers, but those usually run $1500+, and are very illegal.

For just radar/laser detector, Valentine is supposed to be the best. I have a Beltronics model E936CS, which is also a pretty reputable brand. I think the one I have sells for about $150. It's saved me from a few tickets, so it's already paid for itself

TTT!

I got conned into buying a RMR-C430... just wondering if it's worth even attaching to my windshield.

Figured I'd use this topic instead of starting an identical one... even if this one is 4 years old

Nope, RMR isn't worth its weight in scrap.
