Accel Cap+MSD Coil
Im thinking of getting a new coil in cap accel HEI distributer. I was wondering if anyone has used an accel cap with a msd GM coil in it? or do I have to be the test mule.

I don't think it really matters. Coils all do the exact same thing. Unless you're brand loyal, mix and match all you want.

Sorry I guess I wasn't clear in my post, I meant to ask if it would fit Im sure it would but just wanted to be sure. I guess I could always take it back if it didn't fit.

A little misreading on my part as well I believe. I thought you were asking if the coil would work with the Accel distributor (internals). As long as it's (MSD coil) specified to fit the 'coil-in-cap' design, you should be alright. The coil-in-cap has been around long enough for it to be a perfected universal fit part by all companies.
