Interior lights/ Power lock problems

The other day when i was getting into my 89 rs neither of the power door locks worked and none of the interior lights came on. I thought they might be on the same fuse since they both wuit at the same time, also thought it was odd that either of the switches for the locks work. Any help before i tear my car apart to find the problem?

the ACC fuse controls the interior lights, the power locks, power hatch, and cigarette lighter among other things. It's a yellow 20A.

The clicking is probably the relay...driver side kick panel.
