Dist. Cap/rotor fouling up quickly with my MSD digital 6 plus

Since adding an MSD ignition box to my 89 Camaro IROC-Z I have had this problem. I have replaced everything w/ MSD's stuff, 8.5mm wires, MSD Dist. p/n 8366, MSD cap/rotor, HEI module, and an Accel Supercoil. At first I had a MSD6BTM and it did the same thing so I sent it back for the Digital 6 Plus. I called MSD and they told me that it was my plug gap, so I took the gap down to .038" on all plugs, checked for burnt wires, I bought Made for you wire looms to separate them against spark jump, then they told me to drill holes in the top of the cap so I did, to no avail I still foul up cap/rotors in a matter of 3 days. What gives?? It'll drive fine after I clean the cap/rotor off, then after 2 days it'll start missing again, and then eventually no start happens until I clean it off. I used dialectric grease to help but again to no avail. Any one ever had this happen? If so, can you help me Pleeeeeease??

Thanks,

Brian P
