Parts help, Axial-Lead Electrolytic Capacitor!!

Axle/Gears: 10bolt Richmond 3.73 Torsen
Parts help, Axial-Lead Electrolytic Capacitor!!
Okay, I know what end of a normal Electrolytic Capacitor is - and which is + but how can I tell with the Axial-Lead Electrolytic Capacitors? The white band/strip goes the whole way acrosse to each lead!!! There are some arrows on the white band that point to one lead but is that the negative/ground?

- All this and I still have AC

If I remember, the arrows should point to the negative end. The positive end should also have a groove around it.
