Small wire off the - battery cable
Where does this wire go i think it is needed to be grounded but im not sure.Also i have a wire close to the battry that has a fuse stuck in it to make a loop back into the other side i was wondering what this went to it has two wires going into the connector.Thanks for your help.

The small wire coming from the negative battery terminal goes to chassis ground. The small wire coming from the positive battery terminal usually goes to the alternator output, the fan relays, and the in line ECM / fuel pump fuse.

Thanks i probably need to ground it my car dosnt charge over 13 with the lights on and the ac going.
