no power

ok i screwed up i was removing my started to get room to get my knock sensor off thought i had removed the battery wire but didnt. when i went to remove the starter wires it sparked now i have no power whatsoever. have been told maybe its a fusable link. where are they located? do you think this is prob? have checked fuse box one blown replaced it. battery ok. headlight wont work brakelights wont work nothing works. 85 z28 305 tpi auto.

Axle/Gears: Moser 9", Detroit Locker, 3.70
You will probably need a new positive battery cable, if there is no power at the large lug on the starter.
