check your light bulbs on the side that does not work, the flasher is designed to work with a certain amount of current draw, if one or more bulbs burn out there will not be enough current draw to make the flasher work.

Your symptom indicates a burned out bulb.

right blinker

try turning on your bright for a while and then turn them off.
My car had the same problem only it was when I turned on the lights the right turn signal came on and stayed on without blinking.
I was just playing with the lights and turned on the brights for a few mintues and next thing i new the right turn signal was fixed.

psycho car I have.

Hmm no blinkie? Ok check your bulbs first all of em light? next think to check is your grounds, especially the rear ground, all the lights in the rear ground to a screw in the body on the exterior...under the right tail light assembly...if I remember correctly..if I am wrong just trace the wires, they ground to the body somewhere...if its painted over or rusty..clean it up..a bad ground can do funky things. If that doesnt fix it...check your voltage output...I had problem with mine that was from low voltage to my lights...lights were on but no blink.

Turn your emergency flashers on, then check all the lamps on the right side. Chances are you'll find one (or more) that isn't working. Likely causes are a bad bulb or dirty contacts.
