i'm installing a fan switch so i can turn my fan on at the track. im grounding the wire from the auto fan switch on the pass side of the block. when i wire the switch the ground wire goes the "power" on the switch. then another wire to a ground is connected to the
"ground" on the switch. and a 12v source is connected to the "acc" on the ****ch, right??
thanks,

If you are referring to a lighted toggle or rocker switch, then the power, ground, and accessory terminals on the switch should be connected as follows:
Power terminal - connect to chassis ground.
Accessory terminal - connect to fan relay control wire that also goes to fan switch in cylinder head.
Ground terminal - connect to +12 volt ignition power.
With the connections above, the light in the switch & the fan will turn on when the switch is turned on, if the ignition switch is in the on position.
