P/N 32CTQ025-ND, SCHOTTKY DIODE 25V 30A TO-220AB.
This may or may not be what you want, diodes come in ALL ratings, sizes and shapes.
Digikey has diodes all the way to 9,570 amps, oh it's only $1,084!

Find an electronics supply house. Most will handle the RCA SK series semiconductor replacement line. Some may handle Phillips ECG, or another called NTE. Any house can cross them over one to another. They carry some high current diodes in thier line. Also Newark electronics has a vast line of semiconductors, you can check them out on line.
