BIN to bin_lib but unsure which to pick

I have 91 SD car.Originally a 305 5spd,now it a 355 5spd. I went to the bin_lib and found the 1227730 folder and from there I choose the 90L98man8D.bin. First if I reading it right it's for a manual car second I thought it was 350.So I make a few changes on the prom put it in my car go down the highway in 5th gear and my shift up indicator tells me to shift but I have no more gears do yeah see my point. So I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say this is for a 6spd.Also I get a oil temp code every once in awhile So my question is do think I should pick a diferant bin,or should just forget about that shift light and and keep going.Unless there's something I'm missing(which is very possiable) there were only 3 bins I could choose from.If I learned any thing I think the bin I'm using is one for a Vette right or wrong

90350cam8D.Bin
90L98MAN8D.Bin
91gta305A48DBin

Well since posting this topic I did some more reading and as I already figured I want a manual bin as my base. But out of those 3 I found tochoose form te one is an Auto one the other one(90350cam8D) leads me to believe it's an Auto as well since I don't know of any 3rd gen's having a 350 with a manual. So does this mean I should just keep using the 90L98MAN8D.Or isthere somwhere else I can go to look.I keep loooking but any help would be great

I had the same quest, and wound up using that manual Bin. The oil temp code leads me to believe that the original bin was designed for a vette. I was able to hex edit out the oil temp code, and I do not use a shift light, so that left me with a usuable bin for my 5 sp manual application. Previously, I was using an AUJP bin (automatic), and the new one responds much better. I am now working on getting the BLMs and HiWay parameters tuned up.
My recommendation is to work with this bin, and refine it for your applicaton, as it contains code for a manual that makes them easier and more pleasant to drive.

Just modify your existing bin to make allowances for more cubes. Since I run a MAF, I dont know where to tell you to start modifying...but injector constant is probably a good start (you did get bigger injectors, right?)
