Whats the best and cheapest option to tune an old 870 ecm on a 1985 305 tpi z28 camaro?

May not be the cheapest way, but this is what I would do if it were my car. I wouldn't touch the old 85 ECM, but swap it for a speed density TBI style ecm. Swap on a MAP sensor. Eliminate the burn-off module, relays, and restrictive MAF sensor. Repin a few wires to match the TBI wiring diagram, swap this baby in there, flash it with a base TPI calibration and get to work tuning it.
