Tuning help, too much fuel?

Car: 1982+1988 Z28 Camaros
Engine: 1982=350 carb 1988=383 Carb
Transmission: 1982=4 speed T-10 1988=6 speed T56
Axle/Gears: 1982=stock
Tuning help, too much fuel?
$6E, '165 383sbc, MAF
So I'm focusing on my stall problem right now. When I 'blip' the throttle, or open it anywhere from 40-100% just for a second, I can stall my engine easily. My Innovate LC-1 wideband freaks out, and reads 22 for a slit second, which is pure (lean) air no gas, which is obviously wrong. It then, if the car manages to recover, which 90% of the time it doesn't, will read 9, 10, 11, and back to 14 where it should be. This makes me think I'm flooding the cylinders with too much AE or PE fueling.
I have increased the MAF tables and the AE/PE quite a bit to get the car running in open/closed loop at ~14.9 (according to my LC-1), yet something is wrong obviously, and I'm not sure which tables to change to get this problem fixed.
If anyone knows which table is responsible for this, and which cells to fix, I would be forever grateful. I have messed with AE/PE to try and fix it, but I think it's only getting worse, so I undo my changes.

On the surface it would seem that the MAF table increases and the PE AFR change have been too much. Although the reason for this may be due to a sensor failure. The LC-1 may not be reporting the correct AFR. Or the MAF may be mis-reporting.
I would check the mechanicals too. Such as a tight seal between the MAF and plenum. Vacuum leaks, injector sizing and so on. Check the plugs to see what they look like.

If everything RBob mentioned checks out to be working correctly,
Sounds to me like maybe you have increased the fuel to help get the dead spot out and in turn now have too much fuel and still have a dead spot.
What you may need to work on is the "pump shot", If I remember correctly it's
"Acceleration Enrichment Factor vs. Change in LV8"
and
"Acceleration Enrichment Decay Factor vs. Coolant Temp"
also,
"Minimum Delta %TPS For Accel Enrich"
will change how much petal movement is needed to activate acceleration enrichment.
BE VERY CAREFUL when changing this because it can kill your gas mileage if the setting is too low.
