AIR SMOG PROM delete

Hi guys. When I rebuilt my engine, I stripped out the smog pump, AIR diverter, and cat. Im going to have a adapter programmed to change my injector size and delete my EGR. Now since I have no SMOG system, can I just leave my AIR SMOG "enabled" within the new adapter enev if I dont have the smog system in my Camaro? Will I run into problems later down the road?

No serious problems the ECM can't correct for, but just deactivate the AIR flags in the chip. Otherwise the response to the O2 feedback will be skewed sometimes. Most people don't even notice it even when datalogging though.

Ok then. I will deactivate the DMOG. What about the EGR? Is that a good delete too?

EGR could be a much bigger problem if you do not disable it in the chip.
