Tunerpro RT won't save my AE changes!!!
Hey guys I have a question. Since it's gotten alot colder outside my AE has taken a fat dump. While trying to adjust my AE CTS/RPM Multiplier tables I would put in a number, save it then bring it back up and it goes back to the "stock" calibration. It also doesthis with my AE TPS/MAP Filter tables too. Along with other Misc. tables, But... It saves my VE learns, anything I change in the "scaler/constants" column and some other things in the "tables" column. Even if I save the BIN it still sets it back to where it was and doesn't save! This is driving me crazy, What do I have to do to get it to save my AE changes? PLEASE HELP?!??!?!?!?!?!

I emailed Mark cause I thought this was a problem but its not actually an issue, if you need to make small changed you need to actually drag the slider, if you just try to make a small change by re-typing the number it wont save.
Also Null means that that item isnt real, its just put in there as a seperator in the XDF tree.

Re: Tunerpro RT won't save my AE changes!!!
The reason it appears that you can't change the value is that it isn't being changed by enough. There is a certain level of resolution available by how the values are stored in the calibration. An easy example is an SA value.
Enter the value as 6*. Then save and re-open it, the value is 5.98*.
Now change it to 10*, save and re-open. It is now at 9.84*.
12.5* becomes 12.66*. And so on.
The AE PW values resolution is 61 usec. So a value entered as 32 usec becomes 61 usec. And a value entered as 74 usec also becomes 61 usec.

I was trying to add 0.05 to my tables because I believe it needs a ton more AE now that it's gotten colder. It's starting to run WAY LEAN when just pressing on the throttle but cruising it's ok, Around 15.01-14.7. Just trying out small increments to try things out. Maybe that wasn't enough?

ok Bob you were right. I took a look at the "intro to tuning" page on your dynamicefi site and and read it alittle more. I was able to raise my AE CTS and AE RPM multipliers by 15% (dividing by .85) and that helped get things back in line abit. Car runs much better now. I also have another question. When I changed these tables what should I do with the AE delta tables? As in tps and map? I know its just moving the "sliders" around but how do these tables affect one another? I'm alittle confused. I'd like to get alittle more throttle response out of it.

Re: Tunerpro RT won't save my AE changes!!!
The delta TPS & delta MAP PW tables for AE do not affect each other. Same for the TPS & MAP filter tables. They are each an individual contribution to AE. Once the PW values are added together (TPS & MAP), the value is compensated by the CTS and then by the RPM table values.
The result then gets added to the injector PW.

I had same issues a while back. As RBob said move those tables in increments of 61 usec.
Now I believe RBob also stated to be the AE RPM % modifier will allow small changes. For instance I can fine tune my AE MAP and TPS by use of that table. It also will accept a "negative" %. I recently above 2400 rpms am able to use -2.00 % to pull AE fuel. dont ask me how it does it but it holds those values. Likewise I could add +2.00% but that is not what i need. Right now I think I am at +61.0 for all values in AE-TPS and AE-MAP, reason being I am at 19 lbs FP with 80 lbs injectors(350cid) and it flows a lot of AE..
