PE attack enrich, ebl how's it work?

So what effect does this table have on the PE AFR? I am using the ebl here.
I see the afr commanded, self explanitory. Just get the VE right, so the ecm can add to get the commanded afr.

afr enrich over time, tells me how far I want the afr to get richer over time, from the commanded afr table. so if i command 12.8, and have the richer over time at 1, it would eventually go to 11.8.

afr attack rate, tell the ecm how fast to enrich the afr from the commanded to the enrich over time.

Like in my AE post, I have and issue when PE is envocked. As soon as PE comes in, overlapping AE, I get so rich the engine gets sluggish, then cleans up. But IF I raise the PE real high, the AE will burn off (for the most part staying around 14 afr during the AE event, give of take) it will go to the VE value of say 14.7 - 15 afr. So it seems the VE table is on, so why does the PE event get so rich?

Anyhow, I just want to get good descriptions of the PE tables, so I can annotate them in my xdf. No offense RBob, but the cal doc that comes with the EBL doesn't clarify some things enought for me. lol

Thanks guys. I'm getting there, but then again, one is never done learning.
