Try this...I got this a while back, so hopefully it's not corrupt.
It's just a BIN file with ZIP added as another extention so TGO would allow it. Just remove the "zip" from the file extension and it should work.

Re: STOCK BIN : AKFM 2174
No idea if it TRUELY is the stock bin. The only way to be sure, is to obtain the actual memcal (if possible) and to download.
But frankly, I don't think you should get hung up on getting a particular bin. These are just "starting points", nothing more. In fact, I have "merged" a couple bins to make my own "new & improved" starting points. MOST of these bins were ultimately superceded by only a couple of bins for the limited engine combos offered by GM.
The best thing to do, is to find a good "starting bin" with "smooth tables" (when viewed on a graph) and then modify to correct driveabilty issues or to improve on performance, fuel economy or emissions (depending on your tuning objective).
I have found for MAF & Autos bins, the L98 bins are better starting point than the 305 bins. The MAF Scalar tables on some of the 305 bins don't even acknowledge the maximum airflow on the upper tables (something to watch out for).
I only use the 305 bins as a starting point for the Manual Trannies because there were no manual 350 bins. But, I still 'cut & paste' the MAF Scalar tables & settings from the L98 bins.

Yes, I find it good to review different bins for different spark and fueling tables. Also, check out some of the SD bins for spark curves.
But ultimately, once you start tuning, they should all end up looking very close - regardless of your starting point.
As for the AKFM bin, I obtained it from DIY_EFI.ORG when it was still up years ago. And while the Bin Library was not 100% perfect, there was a great deal of effort to obtain good copies. So it is as "good as it gets".
Hopefully, a few others had the foresight to download the DIY_EFI Bin Library as it the website is no longer up and it will be a great loss.
