6E Injector Bias
As many of you probably know, there's no injector bias table in the 6E code. From what I've read this adjustment has to be made in the pw correction vs. batt voltage table which makes sense.
I'm looking for a recommendation of where to start in regards to how much time should be added for these new injectors. I had the stock 350 21 lb injectors in and now have 42 lb injectors in. Any idea how much time to add for these bigger injectors?

Well, if you have a calibration that had good BLM data, just change the injector flow rate, and try the 42's. Then, change the Pw offset vs VBatt table (you can call it anything you want - bias, correction, offset, whatever all the same), until BLMs are back to the same as before - NOT AT IDLE or LOW LOADS though.
There's a catch though. In 6E, there's another table that corrects for SMALL pw's. That's where you need to focus AFTER you do the vbatt correction, and do it at IDLE and LOW LOAD, such as neutral and holding revs at a few thousand RPM. See what the PW is, and adjust the according PW correction. Taper it off similar to the stock table.
This should all be done with blocked off canister purge tube, and EGR disabled.

Well that sure seems easy! Why didn't I think of that!? Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure where to start as far as adding ms. The table for vbat vs. pw is in usec. So if I add 200 usec that should be adding .2 ms of pw. I was going to try adding pw in increments of .2 ms until I get in the ball park and then fine tune from there. Sound logical or should I go with bigger or smaller increments?

Thank you so much for your responses. My tune is now closer than I've ever had it before. Engine is running fantastic with proper injector constant and everything.
One problem still remains and I may have to start a new thread on this, but I'm still seeing far too much IAC counts at idle. I'm idling at about 80 counts. I know the goal is around 20 but the butterfly adjustment screw is turned all the way in. My idle TPS is .58 and WOT is 4.18. How would I get around adding air to the engine when the min air adjustment screw is all the way in? I have heard of drilling holes in butterflys in order to allow more air to pass without having the butterflys open. Is this a viable option or is there a better way?
