Re: 730 and tunerpro rt help
I used the “Super 8dm2.ecu” bin definition file from the Tuner Pro site on a SAUJPv3 bin. I had to have the Tuner Pro program convert the format from “.ecu” to “.xdf”, which it did without trouble.

When you bring up Tuner Pro, you should see on the left of the screen the flags section and the flags for VATS at the top. Click on “bit 4 - VATS” and that window comes up, then uncheck the box. (All the other vats bits are already unchecked.) I couldn't attached the screen shot here...

i also mainly use Super_8dm2.
if you right click on something & then choose "Edit Item XDF info", it may give you some more info on what that item does.
for data logging i like First Thirdgen.ads, it seems to be pretty complete & works good.

Should be switch 16 bit 4. I believe that the check mark enables VATS, so you want to uncheck it.
You can also click "View" and "item comments" to see more information on some things (but I think some comments are wrong). I found that the "anht_hack.pdf" was the most complete and usefull information for understanding 8d. Page 1 "AFR Options Flags" has the VATS info.
Good luck
