I'm sure this is only the first of many stupid questions yet to come, but here it is.
In TunerCat, is there any way to change the Deg. C values to Deg. F values so I can more readily understand them?

I don't know that you can with TC but just to get you in the ballpark, take the number in C, multiply it by two and add 20. This is nowhere near the formula for the conversion but it'll get you close quick. Of course I'm sure you could find a conversion somewhere on the internet and make a copy of it and have it as a cheat sheet. Another alternative is having a thermometer close by.

Download a conversion program. I did an internet search and found a great freeware program that does lots of conversions.

The conversion between celsius and Fahrenheit is pretty simple. Take the Celsius number, muliply by 9/5, then add 32(or, converting from F to C, subtract 32 from the number, then multiply by 5/9). You can easily set up excel to give you a chart that is a quick look-up.
