how to reduce high idle?
been using Tunerpro now for a month with EBL.
moved my values from old bin to ebl.bin as best i could.
i find my car now idles smoothly at 1000-1100 rpms. open loop @ idle. manual trans. i show in whats up 0-1% TPS. idle stop screw barely touching if at all per last attempt to reduce idle. IAC is zero steps. i scored the 1995 7.4L TB off EBay two years ago and was/is new. used a GM base gasket for that model year so i will assume no vac leaks at TB. on WB the A/F shows 14.3/1. commanded to 14.3 at OL AFR in OL A/F CTS VAC. idles at 16 deg timing. i disconnected the charcoal canister at PCV and plugged PCV. only thing i have not checked is whether my stock throttle cable disallows the butterfly to close 100%. used an adjustable Edelbrock throttle bracket on Holley projection. i think the 0-1% TPS is in whats up is reading where it is at end of travel rather than its actual capacity. IOW that 0 is learned.
what else can cause a high idle?

Ron,
Have you tried covering TB opening with your hands? See if it continues to run. If it does, there's a leak somewhere. I would also plug the canister hose.
My canister is unplugged that way waiting for RBob to come up with CCP control for N.O. CCP solenoid.
