Motor finally in!

Well I finally got the motor in and started it up! The first time i have had it running in almost 3 years. (ya don't want to know, personal)
I took out the 305 block and put in a 350 (rebuilt Recon long block, factory specs) I first tried it with the factory 305 ECM. Oh Boy, she didn't like that. It ran rough and threw an error, (didn't look at it yet). The put in The 7747 with Asdu.bin file. Runs better but I don't want to run down the road with it running like it is. (rough and shaky, afraid of dashboard coming off )
I can't record what the engine is doing just yet, (laptop battery problems), but i'm tring to guess what could be different? I was thinking that my fuel injectors might are smaller than what the asdu.bin is written for?! what do ya guys think? Is there something else that would be different?
I would of thought that the car would run ok even with the factory computer (8063), but it doesn't, so something major must be wrong. I will be home in a couple of hours to wrench on it some more. Any cules until then will be greatly appreiciated.
Thanks Rick

Did you go back over everything in the engine compartmemt to make sure all is correct. A couple of spark plug wires on the wrong cyclinders sure will mess things up.

No I didn't get to do that today. I got another laptop and I have been setting it up. I did buy some new and larger plug wires. I'll get them on tomarrow.
