PROM CHANGES FOR TORQUE CONVERTER LOCKUP

I searched the board but cannot locate how or where to change the rpm for the torque converter lockup when editing the eprom. what charge or heading is this under? i am using winbin editor, 1227747 ecm, asdu.bin.
this is for a 91 tbi truck
i am new at this so please understand why i am asking.

There was a commented hac of the 42 mask at the ecmguys web site. There's a link to him from www.tunercat.com
