Tunerpro 4 Bin stacking & burn problems

Actually I have a few questions

Why I'm unable to stack and burn using a Willem burner?

Why is the Flag data given differently in Tuner (plain talk) and the RT version (Acroynums & bit info) using same bin (6E) and dif file?

Willem burner, I stacked a 6E 16k 6E bin with TP set for chip 32k, block 32k and then burned using a AT29C256 EEprom. I started with a new chip and got an error...cleared the buffer, read the chip and the buffer showed all 0's. This has also happened using a ST 27SF512 but using the correct 64/64 chip and block size. Is there anything about the stacking feature in TP4 that prevents the stacked bin from being used in certain burners ???

Another ??, I am trying to understand how to offset a 16k bin using the 29C256 and the Willem, when I burn using a 27C256 eprom I can edit a Hex offset window OK, using the 29C256 eeprom this window becomes locked...can't seem to find a way??

All response gratefully accepted.
