You will need a laptop and Tunerpro RT. After installing Tunerpro RT, you will need to connect the laptop to craigs ostrich, plug in the ostrich to the cars computer, open the bin file using the correct ecu file, upload the bin to the ostrich using Tunerpro RT, and then enable emulation. There is a lot of info on marks site and on craig moates site. Check them out and dont forget to donate the $30 for Tunerpro RT. This tuning software is dynamite!

so you need to connect to the laptap to the car first in order to upload the file to the ostrich.

First thing you need to do is install the driver for the Ostrich. See Craig's web site for more info. www.moates.net

that might be one of the things that i need to install the driver first. 2nd i need a new memcal now since i messed up one of the pins on it trying to take out the old one. anyone know where i can buy a new memcal. i think that's what the part is called. its where the chip plugs into than that plugs to the ecm.anyone know where i can buy one

Just buy the adaptor from Moates and be done.
~$10 is cheaper than new memcals. I suspect the chip is the only thing you messed up, not something you need with ostrich now if you get adaptor.
