i cant find the option for just the software purchase on their website?

I have an EZ-SCAN 6000. I got it for Christmas and it have had some difficulties capturing data on my 82 Trans Am and my 83 S/E. I'm able to see real-time data just fine, however, I'm not able to capture on either vehicle. It gets the first second of data then says vehicle not responding.
I have an XP-240 (which is one of Autoxrays first scanners) and I've used winALDL. Both of these can capture on each vehicle just fine.
I called their tech support and they sent me out a different unit with a different hardware revision but I get the same results. I've also try different software revisions and nothing seems to help. Their tech support seem to think it’s a timing issue in the software but I was told they're not going to fix it because no one else is having this problem and from a business standpoint it would cost too much in engineering development time to look at the problem I'm having.
It does work with my ‘02 Acura, granted it’s an ODBII vehicle.
winALDL is much more capable as far as recording data but is also more cumbersome. The EZ-SCAN can only record about 15 or 20 seconds of data but it's easier to handle. winALDL can also record other types of data such as error codes and flight data which the EZ-SCAN cannot
Like I said, the only vehicles I've used it on is my 82 Trans Am CFI, ecu 1225550 and an 83 Firebird 2.8 V6. I'm not sure of the ecu number. I'm going to try scanning other early to mid-eighties GM vehicles to see what happens and I'm interested to know if anyone else has had this problem.
That's been my experience
