Ok, so how flawed is this?

Stock 13pph injectors.
Stock 1.81 LV8 Scalar.

LV8 0 - 2365
LV8 16 - 3586
LV8 32 - 4807
LV8 48 - 5951
LV8 64 - 7172

This is just a part of the stock LV8 vs injector pulse width table.

So I swap the 13pph injectors to 22pph injectors.

I now need to rescale the table, yes?

so...

2365 * 13 = 30745 / 22 = 1397.5 (1398)
3586 * 13 = 46618 / 22 = 2119
4807 * 13 = 62491 / 22 = 2841

And so on and so forth.... Is this an acceptable way to rescale this table, in changing from 13 to 22pph injectors?

Now, the fun part. We rescale the LV8 scalar to 1.11, rather than 1.81.

Now what I've done, is this -

(new 22pph values - rounded up)
1398 * 1.81 = 2531 / 1.11 = 2281
2119 * 1.81 = 3836 / 1.11 = 3456
2841 * 1.81 = 5143 / 1.11 = 4634

So now I have -

LV8 0 - 2281
LV8 16 - 3456
LV8 32 - 4634

Now, this is making sense to me, as My old LV8 value of 16 = X air/rpm, and now the LV8 value of 16 = more air/rpm than before. Therefore, my injector PW must be higher.

Is this flawed?

What code are you working with?.

The LV8 scaler, RARELY, rarely, rarely needs futzed with. And the little I've done in that reguard, I did on the ecm bench to see where I was.

Rarely are injectors a perfect swap, ie going from 11s to 22, wouldn't be a perfect divide by 2. You can do that to see if the engine will in fact even run there, but be prepared for it not being, that easy.

The engine runs now, but it's quite lean. Unfortuneatly, it'll be Christmas before I can get an AC Delco O2 sensor - of course, I do have this 4 wire one that came in the '95 3100 I pulled from a Grand Am... Would this output the correct signal, provided I supply power/ground to the appropriate wires?

$3A code. Turbocharged. I was hitting LV8 255 almost instantly when entering boost. I can now run 4-6 psi at part throttle, without maxing out 255 - but I do nail 255 LV8 @ WOT.
