I was searching here, and was wondering if this chip will work in a 1228746 91 TBI setup? I've already got the chip and burner, just needing to know what I need to make it work on my 91 firebird TBI setup.
Thanks

You can use those chips if you get a TBI adaptor from www.moates.net . Click on Chip Adaptors and then G2. You have to know your leg spacing, or something like that. They cost $30.

Well a moates G2 adapter is what you need. Go here and check this out http://moates.net/gmecm/g2/G2.htm If you can't Solder I am pretty sure you can send it to him and for a small fee he will do the Labor for you.

Man he's got everything I need for it. WOW. BTW, is there an updated mask/program for the 1228746 that I can use? Will tunerpro work with it? What address do I need to start burning the chip at?
Again, thanks
Again, thanks
