I helped Dig test these. The ECM still uses the NBo2 to make its corrections. This is so you can log your WB output with any ALDL scan tool. The WB AFR shows up in the AFR TGT/VE field and the RAW DATA coming into the ecm from the WBo2 is displayed in the EGR TGT field so you can see if you are getting data.
You'll need to wire your WBo2 output into Pin F14 on the 749 ecm.
