Best 7730 ecu file?

I'm using TunerPro RT and I have a 7730 ecu however all over the net there are like a dozen different 7730 ecu files, all different sizes too.

Which is the best/correct one to use? I even notice there are 2 different ones on TunerPro's site, one of them says "Recommended" next to it. How is it different from the other?

Thanks!

Nevermind, in my reading of posts here I've found that the Super_8dm1.ecu file supplied by TunerPro appears to be the one everyone uses.
