What brand of prom is this?
I have a 27c128 type of prom. The number that are one the prom are
980
1606 9300
BLDP9252 2119
I have tried a few c7c128 but it has burned properly. My burner does not have an auto configuire feature.
It is a GM memcal. Their are no manufacturers symbols.
If someone could help decifer this or point me in a direction it would be very helpful. I have a custom program that I want to put on the factory prom, (I have a craig moates adapter, but I want to start using that on another vehicle.)

I've had a successful burn on a GM Oz 27c128 EPROM with:
Vpp = 12.5 V
Vc = 5v
20 msec write pulse, 0 pulse per byte and final pulses (this makes sense on my programmer, I don't know about yours), and EPROM multipulse mode.
I've also burnt others out trying
