cc 305 or 306 cam and 7730

I just swapped to a 7730 ecm from 165 im getting ready to order my stuff to burn chips im going to be running off an ed wright chip till i get a hang of burning my own
Will it be hard for me to tune the cc305 or cc306 cam with 7730
i have a 383 with lt1 intake 10.5 compression and afr 195cc heads
hooker lt 1 3/4 headers
i know sd runs off vacum so thats my only worry thanks guys

You'll probably need to run an increased
idle (800-850rpm, rather than 550-650 normally),
but otherwise it won't be impossible..

Make sure your TPS/IAC are adjusted to allow
the maximum range to keep from stalling/bucking
and you'll probably have to adjust your startup
fueling/spark alot since the ECM is in
open-loop at that time..

(You may have to worry more about your brake
booster than your ECM... 8-)

I'm running the CC-305 in my 383. Good steady idle at 800. Got a few quirks to work out of it yet, mostly dealing with downshifting and sometimes coming to a stop the idle wants to go haywire, like it's loading up. I can usually tell when it's gonna do something because instead of idleing with 20 inhg on my gauge it'll drop to around 14.
